Sitel Corp., a worldwide leader in concierge and loyalty services, is seeking an Italian Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

**Job Description**

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, written communication, and digital processing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships and maintaining accuracy and security of customer information on the database
  • Identifying and escalating issues appropriately
  • Composing thoughtful and accurate messages or customizing prepared responses to customer emails
  • Researching information and solving problems using available resources
  • Maintaining focus and efficiency in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Customer-oriented approach with a willingness to provide personalized care
  • Attention to detail and quality of service: thoroughness, precision, reliability
  • People-oriented interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors

**Compensation**

The estimated salary for this role is around €30,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the cost of living in Lisbon, Portugal.
