Phiture is seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead our technical support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal teams and external customers, as well as managing the resolution of technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, including experience with monitoring tools such as SCOM, CA Nimsoft, CA Spectrum, Prometheus or Grafana. You should also have experience working with New Relic and knowledge of MSSQL and Oracle databases.

A successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Phiture's technical support team
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers
  • Manage the resolution of technical issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as SCOM, CA Nimsoft, CA Spectrum, Prometheus or Grafana
  • Experience working with New Relic
  • Knowledge of MSSQL and Oracle databases
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously
