About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic sales team dedicated to identifying key prospects, acquiring new clients, and driving market share growth as a Business Growth Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of payabl's payment products and services to communicate their value to prospective merchants in the local market.
- Drive new business opportunities through traditional and digital sales channels.
- Uncover new markets and understand merchant needs within the assigned region through thorough research.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in target industries to gain insights and maximize sales performance.
- Support the journey of clients with payabl through sales presentations, contract negotiation, onboarding, and lead generation.
- Nurture leads through outbound channels to build a robust pipeline.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales within payments, FinTech, or related technology sectors.
- A proactive sales approach, skilled in leveraging lead generation tools and building a robust network.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Commercially driven individual who thrives on achieving and surpassing goals.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle complex negotiations with confidence.
- Able to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel for networking events, client meetings, and business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Natural relationship builder who thrives in collaborative environments.
