About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic sales team dedicated to identifying key prospects, acquiring new clients, and driving market share growth as a Business Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of payabl's payment products and services to communicate their value to prospective merchants in the local market.
  2. Drive new business opportunities through traditional and digital sales channels.
  3. Uncover new markets and understand merchant needs within the assigned region through thorough research.
  4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in target industries to gain insights and maximize sales performance.
  5. Support the journey of clients with payabl through sales presentations, contract negotiation, onboarding, and lead generation.
  6. Nurture leads through outbound channels to build a robust pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales within payments, FinTech, or related technology sectors.
  • A proactive sales approach, skilled in leveraging lead generation tools and building a robust network.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Commercially driven individual who thrives on achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle complex negotiations with confidence.
  • Able to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel for networking events, client meetings, and business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Natural relationship builder who thrives in collaborative environments.
