Job Description
We're seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our Shared Service Center (SSC) in Lisbon, Portugal. As an HR Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in our transformation and the delivery of extraordinary people services to employees worldwide.
You will report to the People Experience Advisor Team Lead and work closely with People Experience Managers, consultants and employees globally. You'll drive operational excellence through technology, automation and consistency across all regions.
Responsibilities- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment documentation, contract management, time and attendance management, benefits and offboarding.
- Assist employees and managers with policies, processes, systems and tools.
- Ensure accurate people data and compliance by managing employee data and documents.
- Manage competing priorities to meet KPIs, SLAs and stakeholder needs.
- Deliver exceptional employee experience with high levels of service, accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and update related processes and documentation.
You'll also support the People Experience transformation and participate in projects to improve the People Experience function.
