Job Description

At Blu Selection, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our multicultural team, you will provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.

About the Role

As a Technical Advisor for Home Automation Systems, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via multiple channels
  • Documenting relevant case information for future reference
  • Assisting users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical issues
  • Adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions across various platforms
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong customer service background or experience in sales/commercial roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in German (native level) and good English language skills
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
What We Offer

We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including:

  • A competitive salary of €1,100 gross per month (14x payment)
  • A performance bonus of up to €200 per month
  • Meal vouchers worth €7.23 per workday
  • Reimbursement of some transportation costs
  • Private health insurance and dental plan after six months
  • Opportunity to live and work in Portugal with reimbursement of initial flight ticket up to €400 after six months
  • Twelve months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee applies)
