Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity, prioritizing their needs and providing unique solutions.
  • Liaise with diverse Helpdesks, product partners, and Quality Engineering teams to deliver exceptional stakeholder experiences.
  • Coordinate regular calls with clients for refills and upgrades to product accessories.
  • Process service request tickets within specified delivery times, verifying client details and correcting any errors in our stakeholder's client database.
  • Provide administrative support, managing supply-related requests via various channels.
  • Validate consumable requests related to printers, ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a client-facing role in a multinational environment
  • Closely familiar with computers, digital networks, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptable to working alongside local stakeholders' time zones and calendars
  • B2-C1 level English and C2 level German language proficiency
