In the rapidly evolving creator economy, we're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Professional to help brands and creators collaborate effectively across the EMEA region. Your work will empower our clients to grow, solve creative challenges, and thrive.

Job Description

You'll lead the post-sales customer journey, driving adoption and securing renewals and upsells across SMB and Enterprise accounts. You'll establish long-term connections with key stakeholders, track and report on customer health metrics, and provide expertise and guidance on implementing Travel Rule Compliance programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the post-sales customer journey, leading onboarding, driving adoption, and securing renewals and upsells.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, tracking and reporting on customer health metrics.
  • Providing expertise and guidance on implementing Travel Rule Compliance programs.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, sharing actionable insights with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience owning customer success for a region like EMEA, managing diverse accounts across SMBs and Enterprise.
  • Track record in managing a book of business and overseeing the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to retention and upselling.
  • Demonstrated ability to create or contribute to scalable customer success processes.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
