About the Role

Job Squad, a multinational recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark or Sliema, Malta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to international clients using various paid products, including Premium, Music, Super Chat, and Channel Memberships.
  • Escalate complex issues according to established procedures.
  • Manage policies, safety, and copyright guidelines related to ads, navigation, and content.
  • Troubleshoot diverse problems, such as video playback, uploading, account, and bugs issues, as well as membership concerns.
  • Support monetization purposes, helping clients optimize their channels and earn money.
  • Stay up-to-date with client policies and guidelines.
  • Assist with account and settings, resolving content ID and rights management issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • You possess native-level fluency in German and are proficient in English (B2).
  • At least 12 months of experience in customer support within a contact center; knowledge of BPO KPIs: C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs.
  • A strong understanding of computer handling skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, research capabilities, and identification of relevant information.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of €40,000 - €55,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Health insurance, life insurance, and family plan (spouse and children) coverage.
  • A relocation package, including a refund of up to €2,000 euros with the first payslip, assistance in finding accommodation, support in obtaining a Portuguese tax number (NIF) and residence permit (NISS).
  • A meal allowance of €7.63 per day, paid in 11 instances on a meal card.
