Order Management Specialist Role

BioMerieux BV is seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to support our LATAM and Canadian operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Objectives:

  • Ensure the efficient processing of customer orders from LATAM and Canada, maintaining high accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure order fulfillment meets customer specifications.
  • Monitor order progress, communicate with customers or internal teams regarding delays or issues, and provide regular updates on order status and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  2. 0-1 year of experience in order-to-cash processes.
  3. Fluency in English and Spanish language.
  4. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in large teams.
  5. Strong math, analytical, and systems skills with experience in data management and MS Office.
  6. Able to maintain financial controls and implement process improvements.
  7. Effective training and team building skills for functional tasks within area of responsibility.
