Job Description
We are seeking an HR Administrator - French Language Specialist to join our team at Airbus Portugal SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and analyzing sick leave certificates
- Registering employee sick leave certificates in SAP
- Archiving sick leave certificates according to defined processes
- Maintaining accurate records of employee information
- Providing support to employees on sick leave topics via email
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- Mandatory fluency in French
- Previous experience working in Human Resources
- Knowledge in SAP, Workday & Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
