About the Role

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Strategic Growth Manager to spearhead commercial efforts and drive success in the corporate sector. The ideal candidate will develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to drive growth in the B2B sector, targeting corporate clients for incentive and loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive growth in the B2B sector
  • IDentify and engage potential business clients, building a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions, highlighting the value of gift cards in employee rewards, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences
Requirements
  • 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in gift cards, incentives, or related industries
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of corporate client needs, particularly in HR, marketing, and procurement contexts
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
