Job Description

As a Pharmaceutical Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our clients' customers. This includes answering incoming queries via email and phone, offering expert advice and guidance to resolve issues efficiently.

You will be sensitive to customers' needs and doubts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other channels
  • Support clients' activities by offering world-class service to their customers
  • Answer incoming queries and provide information via email and phone
  • Be sensitive, patient, and understanding with customers' needs and doubts
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide ad-hoc support
  • Participate in the success of the team and project as a team player
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English
  • Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
  • An attentive listening skill, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism
  • A real team player and commitment to your work

  • Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
  • A valid Portuguese work permit (required)

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Type of contract: Long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year
  • Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), Monday to Friday, availability to work between 7am-10pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner) on a rotational schedule
  • Salary conditions (*)
  • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950 gross/month
  • Excluding accommodation: €1240 gross/month
  • For international candidates: Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country (within the EU), help in paperwork, opening a bank account, etc.
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
