Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive salaries based on your professional experience, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:

Job Description

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong writing skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and a deep understanding of People topics. As an Internal Communications Business Partner, you will drive communications for the People Team and support AUTODOC's mission to become a top global employer.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Supporting the development and implementation of comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with people strategy and business objectives
  2. Producing engaging content for various internal channels, ensuring high-quality and consistent messaging across the organization
  3. Supporting the design and execution of initiatives that foster people's connection, including surveys, newsletters, and town halls
  4. Translating complex concepts into clear, concise, and visually compelling content for diverse global audiences
  5. Developing and implementing processes, guidelines, and templates to manage recurring and major ad-hoc announcements
  6. Supporting organizational change initiatives by crafting clear and effective communications that guide employees through transitions
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging
  8. Advising the People Leadership Team and broader People Team on a range of communication topics
  9. Proactively gathering feedback from key stakeholders to address concerns and improve communication processes, to enhance user experience
  10. Developing and analysing communications metrics, including employee feedback, to measure success and enhance internal communication

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, human resources, or related field
  • 5+ years in internal communications, ideally with a focus on HR communications
  • Experience in the E-commerce, Automotive, or Logistics industries is preferred, but not a must
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
