**Job Overview:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote FMCG products and drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing strategies and ensure a unified approach to product positioning and promotions.

**Supply Chain Optimization:**

  • Optimize supply chain processes to ensure product availability, timely distribution, and efficient inventory management.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product movement from the manufacturer to the end customer.
  • Analyze stock levels, manage stock rotation, and mitigate the risk of overstocking or stockouts.

**Market Intelligence:**

  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze market dynamics to adjust sales tactics and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor sales data and customer feedback to adjust strategies and improve market penetration.

**Brand Positioning:**

  • Manage and enhance brand positioning, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive awareness and consumer loyalty through campaigns, promotions, and events.

**Customer Engagement:**

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues related to products, deliveries, or pricing.

**Leadership & Team Management:**

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales, distribution, and operations professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for team members.

**Business Performance Metrics:**

  • Track and report on financial KPIs, such as revenue, profit margins, and market share growth.

**Quality Assurance:**

  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
