Job Description: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant fluent in Italian and English for a client in Porto. The purpose of the role is to prepare customs entry documentation, check customs documentation for accuracy, and contact customers via email for missing information. The ideal candidate will have a B2 level in Italian, good computer skills, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment.
  • Check if all customs documentation is completed correctly.
  • Contact customers by email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance.
  • Ensure accuracy within a fast-paced goal orientated environment.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (at least B2 level) and good knowledge of English.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to develop in a multinational/multicultural environment.
