Customer Service Ambassador

About the Role



As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our larger customers, building loyalty and trust in FedEx business through proactive customer care. You will provide accurate information and guidance to our customers via voice, chat, or email, and advise them on how to use FedEx services and tools.



Your Key Responsibilities



• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving service-related issues and identifying optimal long-term solutions

• Enter information accurately and timely into our systems and produce standard reports for our customers and leadership team

• Identify new opportunities to grow business with our customers

• Collaborate with other teams at FedEx to make every customer experience outstanding

• Stay up-to-date with FedEx services and tools, providing best-in-class guidance to our customers
