Customer Service Role for Dutch Speakers
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at Apply2Day. As a Dutch Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and providing accurate information to achieve customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
- Native or near-native Dutch language (C1-C2)
- Very good command of the English language (B2)
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
