Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description:

In this role, you will work closely with the UK/US Customer Success team and the HQ Support team to provide regular feedback to the Product team. Your primary responsibilities will include following up on customer requests from our online chat, qualifying and prioritizing requests, and ensuring a smooth flow of information with the rest of the CS team.

You will also participate in the improvement of our processes and organizations, as well as contribute to product improvement in collaboration with the Tech and Product teams. Additionally, you will become an expert in banking data import and aggregation, and assist in the implementation of advanced setup.

Requirements:

  • Native/Fluent English speaker - another language like French/Italian/Spanish or German is a plus
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
  • Prior success in customer relationship
  • CSM experience in a SaaS environment targeting SMBs is a bonus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong rigor and organization
