Job Description
The Sales Channel Specialist will be responsible for developing and consolidating sales channels in the B2B sector. This role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales agencies to achieve set targets for volumes and margins. The successful candidate will collaborate in the development of procedures and methodologies for sales quality and ensure adherence to safety, environment, and quality policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and more than 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the Telco and Energy Sectors. Fluency in English is valued, and you should possess goal-oriented skills, ability to work in a team, and high organizational abilities. Sales Force knowledge is also essential.
