About the Job:
You will own projects and drive results across various initiatives. Success requires setting ambitious goals, developing strategic plans, executing with urgency, and ensuring accountability within the team. Your responsibilities will evolve over time, and you will take ownership of progressively larger opportunities. You will engage in project-based assignments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and think outside the box to challenge the status quo and accelerate our momentum.

Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of assigned projects from inception to completion
• Develop strategic plans and execute with urgency to deliver measurable outcomes
• Drive accountability and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
• Act as a champion for our results-driven culture
• Build, coach, and empower A+ teams to reach their potential and provide 5-star experiences
• Engage in project-based assignments with clear objectives across different geographies

Benefits:
The salary for this position is $85,000 per year. As part of our Post-MBA Program, you will receive unlimited growth potential, invaluable transferable skills, and the passport to adventure. Regular travel will be part of this role, including extended stays working hands-on with our teams in different locations.
