Senior Sales Manager at TTEC: A Career-Defining Opportunity
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our client growth initiatives in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day program operations, and developing a positive relationship with key client contacts.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales revenue growth and achieve client revenue targets
- Manage day-to-day program operations and deliverables
- Improve key success metrics associated with goals, including customer satisfaction scores, employee satisfaction scores, and client satisfaction scores
- Manage communication and maintain a positive, respectful, and caring attitude
- Escalate system-level issues to the appropriate systems/IT support/vendor team
- 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth sales and marketing within a call center
- Strong knowledge and competence in Salesforce, Power Bi, or other leading CRM/analytics tool
- Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management, and clients
- High level of integrity, judgment, and follow-through with strong coaching, people, and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and strong analytical, verbal, and written communications skills

- A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
