We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for analyzing and following up on promotional activities across various KPIs, including Volume, Net Sales, profitability, and efficiency of investments. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to propose recommendations to drive business growth.

  • Analyze promotional financial KPIs by client and brand.
  • Develop promotional policy recommendations and evaluate new formats and products in alignment with Danone's strategy.
  • Drive business solutions to achieve CO/NS targets and manage KPIs such as price, portfolio, mix, and Promo.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A degree in Management, Marketing, or Economics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel and Power BI proficiency.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to propose recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Communication and relational skills, as well as evidence of proactivity and focus on solutions.
