Job Overview

This is a highly specialized role that requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent business acumen. As a Lead Strategic Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue growth and market competitiveness.

Mastercard is looking for an experienced professional with a Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in Excel and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar, and excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize pricing models for core products and services
  • Identify and design opportunities to strengthen the economics of Mastercard's products and services
  • Making holistic assessments of the different initiatives incorporating multiple perspectives such as strategic, risk, customer impact, feasibility
  • Run financial impact simulations and scenario analyses on country, product, and customer level
  • Prepare recommendations and necessary materials for decision-making purposes and present recommendations to Senior Management

Requirements

  • Strong data analytical skills combined with keen business acumen to drive pricing strategies that maximize revenue growth and market competitiveness
  • Ability to conduct complex analysis with an ability to translate data-driven technical and analytical output into clear business strategies comprehensible for all stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the payments industry and digital security technologies is an advantage but not essential
  • $120,000 - $180,000 per annum salary depending on experience
