Your key responsibilities as Corporate Strategy Manager include:

• Leading client projects and engagement teams to deliver high-quality outputs

• Maintaining relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels

• Driving business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and proactively seeking new project opportunities

• Demonstrating advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of strategy development and implementation

• Delivering a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products

• Developing business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, portfolio optimization, etc.

• Effectively managing diverse and international teams, maintaining work-life balance, and promoting our company culture and values

• Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues to support their personal and professional growth and fit within the team

• Leading marketing and promotional efforts to further boost brand presence and awareness

• Actively supporting recruitment efforts in identifying and selecting future team members

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to independently lead projects and teams and manage senior-level clients
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude
  • Team player capable of effectively operating and communicating in an international, multicultural, and diverse environment
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Proactive and willing to handle several complex tasks simultaneously
  • Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • International exposure and experience (professional and/or educational)
  • Capable of effectively contributing and leading business development activities
Salary

€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience
