Madiff is a visionary company that is shaping the future of technology. We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our sales and recruitment initiatives as a Strategic Business Growth Manager.

Your Role

You will be at the forefront of driving business growth, providing tools and training necessary to excel in sales and recruitment. Your primary focus will be on cultivating lasting relationships with international clients, performing market analysis, and expanding our global contacts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with international clients
  • Perform market analysis and expand global contacts
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to optimize business processes
  • Negotiate terms and forge new partnerships
  • Identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets within the first 6 months
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years of experience in software houses, software factories, or nearshore companies. A proven background in IT industry sales, expertise in building and executing business strategies, proficiency in sales processes, and creating detailed reports are essential.

A strong network within the IT industry and willingness to travel as needed are also required. Experience in professional services sales, research, prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and working in a multilingual environment are desirable.
