**Job Overview**
Director Strategic Revenue Planning & Economics
In this role, you will work with the Digital Transformation Team in Products & Engineering, collaborating globally to develop medium- to long-term revenue plans and drive pricing initiatives and lifecycle management strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead global pricing initiatives for MasterCard core products and services
- Design, assess, and implement initiatives to strengthen MasterCard's competitive position at a product level, considering regional and market-specific realities
- Develop and shape innovative payment solutions by enhancing economics
- Drive strategic revenue planning efforts, creating visibility into Core Payments services revenue evolution and working with stakeholders to initiate revenue acceleration
**Requirements**
- Strong data analytical skills combined with business acumen to drive pricing strategies
- Broad exposure within the organization, working closely with commercial teams, Global & Regional Product management representatives, and key functional partners in Legal and Finance
**Benefits and Salary**
We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This estimate is based on national averages for the United States and may vary depending on location.
