About You
We are looking for a service-minded and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our IKEA restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive and memorable experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively approaching customers and responding to their questions and feedback.
- Ensure that your area of responsibility is clean, tidy, and inviting, and that products are in perfect condition and correctly priced at all times.
- Take action to ensure safety at all times and maintain a high level of efficiency and good operations following daily routines.
