About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to manage key stakeholder accounts, promote productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description: As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing one or more client accounts across multiple sites and countries. Your primary focus will be on delivering consistent and measured service to contracted SLA. You will also be accountable for robust contract P&L management in line with agreed Business Case and Financial Plans targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage service delivery for one or more client accounts
  • Ensure timely and accurate escalation of client service problems and incidents within appropriate timescales
  • Provide expert problem management support to difficult, high-profile customer issues
  • Ensure client's contractual targets and measurements are supported by back-to-back supplier commitments
  • Support in identifying growth opportunities to be converted into sales prospects

Requirements:

  • Experience of successfully operating at prime customer contact level
  • Business unit or contract budget ownership with experience of P&L management
  • Experience working in a virtual environment (International Operations)
  • Preferred experience in outsourcing bids, from pre-sales to successful implementation
  • Strong presentation skills with experience of presenting to senior customer representatives
  • Required Language Thresholds: Finnish (C2: Native-Level Fluency), English (B2: Independent Level User)
