Customer Support Role Overview

At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking an accomplished Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

About the Role

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via digital platforms, email, online chat, phone, and social media
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Utilize open-ended questions and support documents to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and benchmarks

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic (C1/C2 Level or Native)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Good computer skills and previous experience working with clients
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong time management and team spirit
