Customer Support Agent - Arabic

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Provide support and direction to customers, resolving issues in a courteous and empathetic manner;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues;
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
Requirements:
  • Citizen of the European Union or valid work permit for Portugal;
  • Fluency in Arabic (C1/C2 level or native speaker);
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute;
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
