We are seeking a highly skilled Arabic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases
**Requirements:**
- Native or proficient Arabic speaker with a good command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
