Customer Experience Representative

At Cross Border Talents, we are looking for a skilled Customer Success Representative to play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for advertisers and agencies using our advertising platform.
Key Responsibilities- Assist advertisers and agencies in resolving technical issues and reporting bugs.
- Provide guidance to ensure optimal use of our services.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A training program with 15 working days, 8 hours per day, scheduled between 08:30h and 09:30h.
- Compensation: 106.80 EUR per week.
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 0:00 am (rotational shifts).
- Days Off: 2 days off per week, determined by the shift manager.
We provide a comprehensive relocation package, including:
- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with registration in Portugal.
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses.
- Yearly complimentary two-way flight ticket within the EU.
- Accommodation in company-rented shared apartments (fully equipped and furnished).
