Customer Success Representative

At Cross Border Talents, we are looking for a skilled Customer Success Representative to play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for advertisers and agencies using our advertising platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist advertisers and agencies in resolving technical issues and reporting bugs.
  2. Provide guidance to ensure optimal use of our services.
Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A training program with 15 working days, 8 hours per day, scheduled between 08:30h and 09:30h.
  • Compensation: 106.80 EUR per week.
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 0:00 am (rotational shifts).
  • Days Off: 2 days off per week, determined by the shift manager.
Relocation Package

We provide a comprehensive relocation package, including:

  • Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with registration in Portugal.
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses.
  • Yearly complimentary two-way flight ticket within the EU.
  • Accommodation in company-rented shared apartments (fully equipped and furnished).
