Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming queries from customers and providing timely and effective solutions
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Recording data in our CRM system to track customer interactions and feedback
  • Providing ad-hoc support to customers and colleagues as needed

Requirements

  • Native Dutch speaker with business proficiency level of English
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
