About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Luxury Sales Director to lead our sales team in Portugal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our luxury beauty business in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell-in and sell-out targets, including online channels, to ensure maximum market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Negotiate trade agreements, brands visibility at POS, and promotion plans that align with our company strategy.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales forecasts for key accounts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and improve market share.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading sales teams in a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • The ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team to achieve success.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
