As we expand nationally and internationally, we seek a visionary Strategic Global Sales Director to drive our business development strategy, build strong relationships with partners, and ensure our company's continued success in the competitive Recruitment and IT Consultancy landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Prospection: Lead business development initiatives both nationally and internationally, identifying new market opportunities and partnerships;
  • Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to enhance business growth;
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and customer satisfaction;
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to inform sales strategies and identify emerging trends within the tech and recruitment sectors;
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Business Unit Managers to design and implement effective sales strategies for both national and international markets;
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and partnerships to the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in international business development, partnerships, or sales roles within the recruitment and tech sectors;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers and partners;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong track record of building long-term relationships in international markets;
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience working across different cultural and business environments, with the ability to adapt to diverse international markets;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (other languages are a plus);
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
