About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a high-performing sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel management, sales teams, and marketing partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans
