**Job Description:**

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Zendesk, Inc. in the role of delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**About Us:

Zendesk is a leading provider of cloud-based customer service and engagement software. Our powerful platform enables companies to provide seamless support across multiple channels, including phone, messaging/chat, email, and social media.

**The Role:

You will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers through various communication channels, including live messaging/chat and phone. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively, while also ensuring that their experience with our products is nothing short of exceptional.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Provide initial troubleshooting and resolution of customer technical queries related to our multi-product platform via live messaging/chat as the primary support channel.

- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure that their issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer expectations and outcomes.

**Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a software technical environment.

- Proven experience supporting customers and performing basic troubleshooting/replicating issues mainly via live messaging/chat, but also phone and email.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, replicate, and follow-up on customer technical issues.

- Experience in a swarming based support environment is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in simple terms.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English languages (additional language proficiency is a plus).
