  • Providing email, phone, and chat support to nurture business growth
  • Acquiring new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies
  • Supporting and expanding self-services for clients
  • Offering pre- and after-sales support for all self-services
  • Assisting with tools, products, and strategies
  • Identifying trends and conveying customer feedback to engineering departments

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bilingualism in Dutch and English (at least B2-C1)
  • Sales experience or a proven track record of success
  • Impactful communication skills
  • Passion for social media and ability to translate it into results
  • Motivation, reliability, and dedication
  • Drive to achieve excellence and professionalism
