As a Sales Development Representative at Ayming, you will be part of an internationally oriented organization that offers a unique blend of consulting and software services. Our company has been a leading provider of business improvement services for over 35 years, operating in 14 countries worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include prospecting new B2B clients within the SME/ETI segment, targeting decision-makers and C-level executives to schedule meetings for our sales team. To achieve this goal, you will need to qualify prospects, define outreach strategies, and proactively establish contact.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will maintain accurate information in relevant tools, particularly Salesforce, and provide regular reporting to your manager. We offer comprehensive training on our business operations, including sales techniques, products, customer relationship management, performance monitoring, Salesforce, and prospecting tools.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have a successful first experience in telephone prospecting (outbound calls) in B2B
  • You possess a perfect command of one of the following languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, or Spanish
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
