About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive for Wellness and Leisure to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing plans and initiatives that drive brand equity and loyalty.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote the Serenity Spa brand, products, and services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and convert these into potential revenue for the spa.
  • Identify business opportunities by analyzing prospects' positions in the industry and researching sales options.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service within the Serenity Spa and on the phone.
  2. Promote the brand, products, and services offered; knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines.
  3. Suggest relevant products and services to clients based on their preferences.
  4. Promote/sell Serenity brand products and services to achieve monthly targets in each property.
  5. Monitor Serenity Spa performance and ensure that sales are optimized.
  6. Establish relationships with key clients to generate hotel guest room sales and spa/wellness services in the wellness market segments.
  7. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance hotel revenues.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to produce hotel guest room sales and spa/wellness services in the wellness market segments.
  9. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely contract and proposal submissions.
  10. Communicate effectively with hotel departments regarding wellness schedules and details.
  11. Develop hotel-level tactical sales plans specific to the wellness market segment.
  12. Update action plans and financial objectives regularly.
  13. Arrange sales calls and site inspection trips to the hotel for clients and travel agents.
  14. Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  15. Support hotels' service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty through excellent customer experiences.
  16. Organize and manage yearly wellness retreats and lecture series, as well as day spa group business.
  17. Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations align with hotel financial needs.
  18. Represent the hotel at internal and external sales activities to increase exposure.
  19. Partner with Sales/Event/Catering Managers on new group business prospects, site inspections, and dynamic group proposals.
  20. Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective customers.
  21. Negotiate contracts and establish agreements with customers and vendors.
  22. Engage contracted groups using Passkey and FIT guests during low occupancy periods.
  23. Collaborate with the Director of Spa to create and improve the Group Wellness & Activities menu.
  24. Identify opportunities for in-house guests to purchase and book wellness & leisure activities.
  25. Ensure Group Wellness & Activities menu and in-house guest offerings remain visible and accessible.
  26. Manage Spa Club Membership sales, including marketing, lead generation, and ongoing promotions.
  27. Support cross-department selling of spa through ongoing communication and training.
  28. Attend weekly spa and sales meetings to support business operations.
