Customer Service Representative with German Language Expertise

At Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS), we are collaborating with a leading multinational technology Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company to recruit a skilled Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent for our office in Lisbon.

This exciting opportunity is part of a dynamic and creative team responsible for managing the social media platform of a popular streaming service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an individual who can effectively communicate with customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and categorizing cases for further analysis by our engineering team is also crucial.
  • An ideal candidate should be able to identify issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions, as well as collaborate with other specialists to resolve complex problems.
  • This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • A stress-resilient personality that can adapt to changing situations and remain calm under pressure is essential.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent proficiency in German, both orally and in writing, with excellent English language skills (at least B2 level).
  • Prior experience in customer support, public relations, community management, or social media management is necessary.
  • A strong ability to meet deadlines, work efficiently, and maintain high standards of quality is expected.

Offer:

  • An attractive remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance, which includes a salary of approximately €30,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications.
  • Shifts cover 5 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, with line operating hours between 9 AM and 6 PM.
  • We offer a range of benefits, including life insurance, family plan, meal allowance, private health insurance, and yearly performance bonuses.
  • In addition, relocation assistance and accommodation support are provided to help candidates settle into their new roles.
