For our location in Portugal, we are looking for an
Operations Manager (M/F/d)
**place of work**: Porto (Guimarães)
**Your tasks**:
Support our production processes, including quality control and timeline management
Manage and coordinate the industrialization process
Act as the main point of contact for our producers and suppliers
Backoffice activities

**Requirements**:
Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
Independent, structured working style and the ability to work in a team
Hands-on mentality and flexibility
Initial experience in the footwear industry is a plus, but not required
