Our client is a leading tech company specializing in smart home products. They offer devices that help you control your home using your voice, including smart speakers and thermostats. These products make managing your home more convenient and intuitive.

**As an Italian Customer Support you will**:

- **Provide Tech Support**: Fix technical problems like connectivity and updates
- **Guide Customers**: Assist with product selection and general support
- **Maintain Consistency**: Ensure friendly and consistent communication
- **Manage Issues**: Oversee ticket queues and escalate complex problems

**What do we expect**:

- **Fluency in Italian (C1 - native)**:

- **Communicative English level**:

- You live anywhere in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate there
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **1000€ gross x 14 months (1166€ gross x12 months**)-basic salary
- **up to 100€**gross performance bonus/month,
- **meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day**(approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
- **20 €/month -**Transport allowance
