Liberty is looking for a passionate and skilled **Sous Chef** to join our team. This is a full-time role in a vibrant brunch café environment.

**Schedule**:

- **5 days on / 2 days off**:

- **45 hours per week**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role
- Conversational English
- Strong organizational and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain high standards

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervising and motivating the kitchen team
- Ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes
- Overseeing hygiene, safety, and food standards
- Assisting with stock control and ordering
