**About the job**
- Positions in this sub-family are responsible for providing a full set of HR professional services ranging between the onboarding of new employees and the overall management of employees queries during their entire life-cycle experience at BNP Paribas. Manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs/tools.Ensures Human Resource Information Systems data maintenaince, employee relations and compensation & benefits administration.

**Your Main Activities Are**

Produce and manage all the contractual documents and follow thru all other support documentation for hiring purposes

Update internal databases with new hire/employees information

Gather payroll data and working days

Partner with management promoting Human Resources policies, procedures, programs/tools and internal rullings based on the labor law

Answer questions from other HR teams/professionals and employees regarding HR matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance

Protect the interests of employees and the organization in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations

Able to handle problems which may be difficult but typically not complex

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Academic Background: Social Sciences, Human Resources

At least 1 year of experience

Proficiency in Excel

Fluent in English

Good communication skills - oral & written

Ability to collaborate/teamwork
- Ability to deliver/Results driven
