**Main responsibilities include**:
- Run talent acquisition projects in alignment with company objectives;
- Take active part in talent search, benchmarking, assessment and interviewing;
- Manage and own recruitment and selection processes end to end;
- Design and validate best practices for the attraction, search and selection of professionals for our vacancies in collaboration with leaders and managers.
- Lead employer brand initiatives;
- Update the ATS regularly and accurately;
- Identify the best recruitment channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media etc.) to fit the profile needed;
- Create and recommend recruitment strategies and approaches.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human resources management;
- Fluent English (C1+), Mandarin will be a plus;
- Experience with recruiting core trade roles
- Detail oriented and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, as well as teamwork;
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes and dependancies within the process;
- Commercial mindset;
- Experience in organizing and taking part in the employer branding initiatives;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills and impactful presentation style;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize daily workload;
- Working knowledge of human resources functional areas and applicable state employment laws is expected.
