BAUF is a brand specialising in the production and distribution of high-quality climate control systems, including air conditioners and heat pumps.
We focus on providing reliable and energy-efficient solutions designed to meet the needs of both residential and commercial customers.
We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Manager to join our on-site team in Lisbon.

Your Role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our success through strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with industry experts and work with cutting-edge technology, contributing to a culture that values professional growth and teamwork.
**Responsibilities**:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research and analysis.
Deliver product demonstrations of BAUF systems.
Negotiate and finalise contracts.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
**Qualifications**:
Proven sales experience in the HVAC sector.
Strong understanding of the Portuguese market and customer needs.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in international organisations is a plus.
