Sales Manager

As Sales Manager, youll drive local sales strategy across **Corporate, Leisure, and Group segments**, building a strong client base for Lockes first Portuguese property. Youll report to the Director of Sales and play a key role in opening success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and execute local sales plans for corporate, group, and leisure clients
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Develop and manage key accounts, both existing and new
- Work with the central sales team to engage national/global accounts
- Identify new leads, manage pipelines, and maintain CRM accuracy
- Represent Locke at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Host site visits, fam trips, and client presentations
- Report on sales performance and market opportunities
- Stay connected with developments across Lockes portfolio
**What Youll Bring**
- Proven experience in Lisbons hospitality sales scene
- Strong corporate & group sales track record
- Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
- Goal-driven with commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Organized, tech-savvy, and fluent in English
- Confident in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong local network and understanding of the Lisbon market
- A passion for Lockes brand and values
