- A Cheshire based company who Manufacture products to the Print Industry. Who are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join their team
**Job Title**:
- Technical Sales Manager
**Job Purpose of the Technical Sales Manager**:
- To oversee the sales operation by maintaining key existing accounts whilst facilitating sales growth for the related geographical area.
- To work closely with the wider sales, customer service and marketing teams as well as our network of agents and distributors to achieve the annual sales budget.
**Key Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Manager**:
- To effectively manage and motivate Agents and Distributors in your territory.
- To develop and increase new business opportunities and accounts in all market sectors. Pro-actively evaluating markets, trends and gathering customer information.
- To work your own pipelines and sales KPI’s as well as supporting agents and distributors to do so.
- To regularly visit customers to maintain relationships, provide advice and problem resolution. Requiring travel as necessary.
- To maintain, develop and grow existing anilox accounts in liaison with the wider sales team.
- To develop ancillary sales in existing accounts and create future leads for other applicable territories.
- To work closely with the Global Marketing Manager to enable a cohesive marketing strategy for new and existing products.
- To work closely with the technical team to support the development, testing and analysis of new products.
- To create positive relationships with other (non-competing) suppliers to our core markets.
- To work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to set the annual sales budget and to ensure that this is achieved.
- To work with the wider team to manage profitability and ensure pricing structures meet minimum margin levels within the pricing structure.
- To work closely with other Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers to agree the sales strategy and create a unified approach to targeting business in Global Groups and OEM’s.
- To produce regular monthly reports and presentations for Regional Area Manager regarding sales performance.
- To compile regular visit and territory reports including agents/distribution pipeline with sales projections.
- To maintain competitor awareness.
- Must be fluent in both written and verbal English
**Salary**:
- Up to £50,000pa depending on experience
**Salary**: Up to 59,000.00€ per year
