About the Role
**Responsibilities**:
- Clearly and concisely communicate solutions and information in both French and English.
- Investigate and troubleshoot user inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For
- **
Fluent French (C2 level)** - both written and spoken. You'll be communicating extensively with French-speaking users.
- ** Good English (B2 level or higher)** - enabling effective communication within the team and with internal stakeholders.
- ** Legal Eligibility to Work in Portugal**: You must possess valid legal documents to work in Portugal.
- ** Customer-Centric Mindset**: A genuine desire to help people and provide outstanding service.
- ** Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable navigating digital platforms and learning new software quickly.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in recording information and providing accurate solutions.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- ** Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.

- Prior experience in customer service, help desk, or a similar role (especially in a non-voice environment).
- Experience with CRM software or ticketing systems.
